Dump Trucks, Dump Trucks with Trailer, Hydraulic Garbage Compacters, Garbage Trucks, Septic Tanks, Vacuum Excavators, Jetting Trucks, Snow Plows, Sweepers, Fuel Tank Trucks, Asphalt Spreaders, Salt Spreaders, Hydraulic Mobile Vehicle Cranes, Tow Trucks, Hook Loaders, Hopper Loaders, Car Transporters, Bucket Trucks, Fire Fighting Trucks, Combination Sewer Cleaning Vehicles, Tank Trucks…. all of them need hydraulic system.
TORA Company has experience since 2002 in performing hydraulic calculations on commercial truck applications. For run hydraulic system usually below parts needed.
Power Take OFF (PTO), Transfercase, 4×4 Transfercase, Split Shaft PTO, Split Shaft Unit, Power Transmitter, Hydraulic Gear Pump, Hydraulic Piston Pump, Hydraulic Bent-Axis Piston Pump, Variable Displacement Hydraulic Pump, Hydraulic Winch, Hydraulic Hoist, Hydraulic Crane, Hydraulic Cylinder, Hydraulic Telescopic Cylinder, Hydraulic Driven Water Pump, Hydraulic Quick Couplings, Rotary Fittings, Pneumatic Control Parts, Hydraulic Hand Pumps, Flow Control Valves, Hydraulic Hose Brake Valves, Hydraulic Powerpacks, Hydromotors, Monoblock Control Valves, Sectional Control Valves, Directional Control Valves, Hydraulic Cooling Fan, Twin Lock Valves, Check Valves, Pressure Safety Valves, Ball Valves, Solenoid and Modular Valves and Blocks, Hydraulic Hoses, Orbital Motors and Brakes, Pressure Gauges.
Usually Transmission PTO or Split Shaft PTO is needed to send motion to the Hydraulic Pump. Hydraulic Pump take motion and send Hydraulic Oil to the Hydraulic Valves. After Hydraulic Valves final equipment can be activated. Final Equipment can be Hydraulic Winch, Hydraulic Cylinder, Hydraulic Crane or any equipment which will be run with Hydromotor. Vacuum Pumps or High Pressure Water Plunger Pumps can be equipped with hydramotor to be able to make run by Hydraulic System. For any Hydraulic System we need Hydraulic Oil Tank. Additionally Hydraulic Cooling Fan can be needed depending on continuous working hours and climate.
