Toracompany has Hydraulic Brake System Hydraulic Winch Types and Mechanic Brake System Hydraulic Winches.

Hydraulic Winches have Planetary Gear Mechanism to reduce RPM and higher the Torque. All of models comes with 25 meter Synthetic Steel Rope, Hook, Winch Cable Tensioner, 4-Way Roller Fairlead Cable Guide as a standard.

Tora Company has Light Duty Hydraulic Winches start from 8.000 LBS pulling Force until 18.000 LBS.

Medium Duty Hydraulic Winches start from 22.000 LBS pulling Force until 40.000 LBS.

Heavy Duty Hydraulic Winches start from 57.000 LBS until 77.000 LBS

How to Make run a Hdyraulic Winch?

Usually for make run the Hydraulic Winch, Tranmission PTO and Hydraulic Pumps are most needed two actors. Eaton PTO, Fuller PTO, Detroit PTO, Allison PTO, Mercedes PTO, ZF PTO, Volvo PTO or Aisin PTO… Depending on main Transmission brand on the Truck suitable Power Take Off should be chosen. PTO outputs can be SAE-B 13T , SAE-B15T, DIN 5462 or SAE-C 14T. Depending on PTO output suitable hydraulic Pump plate should be selected. Hydraulic Pump capacity should be also compatible with hydromotor of the Hydraulic Winch. We definetelly need Hydraulic Oil Tank for Hydraulic Circuit and Monoblock Valve or Sectional Valve to control the Hydraulic Winch and Hydraulic Cylinder of the Tow Truck.
