Product Return Policy

1. Return Period

Customers may return products within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be undamaged.

• If there is a manufacturing defect, the product may be returned even if used.

• If the product was manufactured according to customer specifications, it must be unused to be eligible for return.

• The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact.

• Custom-designed or customer-specific products, manufactured based on technical details provided by the customer, cannot be returned.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

• Customers must send an email to [email protected] including a photo of the product tag and the invoice.

• Once approved, the product should be shipped to the address listed below.

4. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• However, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping costs will be covered by the Toraco LLC

5. Shipping Costs

• Returned products are inspected within 20 days of receipt.

• If approved, refunds are issued within 2 weeks following the inspection.

• Refunds are processed according to the original payment method:

• Payments made via bank transfer will be refunded to the bank account.

• Payments made via credit card will be refunded to the card.

6. Product Exchange

• Customers may request a product exchange instead of a refund.
